It depends on the mode. International Treble covers real international sides from the 1970s to the 2020s. Indian Invincibles covers Indian T20 franchises across multiple seasons. Time Machine and Women's T20 have their own pools.

Yes, but it takes the right combination of players across every position. Most teams fall short somewhere — the draft, the captain choice, or the draw of the spin.
How is my result worked out?
Your result is based on the overall ratings of your XI, weighted by how well each player fits their position, and boosted by your captain and manager choices.
